I’d love to connect with you.

Whether you are new to therapy, a seasoned client or not even sure how you’ve landed on my page… you deserve to gift yourself a chance to get to know the REAL you.

We’ll get through this together.

No judgments. No assumptions. No need to feel nervous.

What to Expect

  • Before we meet for our 20 minute consultation call, I’d like to mention I am out of network with all insurance.

  • I do provide a superbill.

    • Insurance If you have a PPO, I can provide a superbill at the end of each month with a diagnostic code that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You will be reimbursed only after you have met your out-of-pocket deductible. It is your responsibility to call your insurance provider to find out if it provides out-of-network benefits and what your deductible is.

    • Individual Therapy Good Faith Estimate Notice for Uninsured and Private Pay Clients
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

  • PAYMENT: I accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Visa, Master, Amex, Discover, FSA and or HSA card.

  • I am a Lyra provider.

  • SESSIONS: Currently, I am available via In-Person (Irvine, Ca) & Telehealth (Ca.).

    • We will meet at least once a week, for one on one 50 minute sessions. As a seasoned therapist, I have had the honor and privilege to witness my client’s healing journey when consistency is a priority - this looks like weekly sessions. My goal is to assist clients in achieving their goals, we then move into a new phase of bi-weekly sessions until occasional check-ins are most appropriate. I don’t believe therapy sessions need to be forever, they are here to help us in our current time of need.

    • Depending on your needs, we can arrange to work together more or less often.
