I am …

I’m a lover of movie nights, with fantasy and sci-fi always at the top of my list. I’m a forever learner of behavioral patterns, proudly neurodivergent, and currently discovering the power of discipline and consistency—and so far, it’s going pretty well!

The family I’ve created is at the heart of everything I do, and taking care of them will always be one of my greatest priorities. Strength training and outdoor walks are non-negotiables for keeping me grounded and connected to myself.

A few other things worth knowing: cheese is life, I’ll happily get lost in anything requiring organizing, and when all else fails… there’s always dark chocolate!!!

At the end of the day, I believe there’s something meaningful about continuing to learn, grow, laugh, and figure ourselves out along the way.

my journey

I am a proud Latina, whom represents as much of my culture as I see fit. What does that mean? It means that I love most of my childhood upbringing experiences, as it has shaped me into the person I am today - a person I am proud of. However, I wasn’t always confident & able to walk with my head held high. I used to struggle with poor self-esteem, I connected my self-worth to how much I could accomplish & hid my powerful voice to fit in - all unhealthy ways of living. It took years of chronic mistakes to wake me up and “do” something different. Instead of looking towards the external world to love me, I turned inward and leaned into my ability to show myself TRUE self-love & compassion. This is where my life changed for the better. I believe this will be a life-long journey, as we consistently shift & change as life goes on. The only difference now, compared to my younger years, I know how to ask for help & guidance when I need it … I don’t need to walk this journey on my own. It’s not a sign of “WEAKNESS” to know when you’ve reached your limits … it’s a sign of authentic “STRENGTH.” My culture helped shape me but at some point I needed to let go of who I thought I needed/taught to be and embraced who I was always meant to be.

My Therapeutic Approach: A Holistic Guide to Healing

Seeking help can feel intimidating and may be perceived as a sign of weakness, but it’s truly an empowering step that requires courage. Allowing yourself to explore what you’ve been through demands patience, self-love, and trust in the therapeutic process.

I embrace a holistic approach to gently guide you toward a more open and trusting relationship with yourself. I am committed to providing a safe, honest, and supportive environment where you can be your true self, with the goal of helping you live the life you desire—not the one you believe you "should" live.
